Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept American Express,Visa, switch, Solo, Delta and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.


General

Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

If any provision in this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be deemed severed from the Agreement and this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Any waiver of a breach of this Agreement must be in writing.

Any variation of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by a us.

These headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.

Any notices given under this Agreement shall be in writing and sent (a) by first class pre-paid post to the last known address of the party; or (b) by fax to their last known fax number; or (c) by e-mail to the last notified e-mail address of the party. The notice shall be deemed served (a) two working days after posting; or (b) upon receipt of a successful fax transmission report; or (c) after system confirmation of e-mail delivery.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
Shipping And Handling Where payable shipping is charged at Royal Mail rates. All mail order goods are sent insured for the full value of the order.
Delivery Schedule We aim to deliver your order right away. For stock items we will normally send your order to you on the next working day .

Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. We make every effort to despatch goods on time, but we do not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time.

If we are unable to deliver the goods within 30 days of the date of the order, the Customer will, as its sole remedy, be entitled to cancel the order and require any monies paid to us in respect of that order to be refunded unless the item is special order or custom made. In order to cancel, the Customer must send written notice of cancellation to us after the above date but before delivery of the goods or notification from us that the goods are ready for delivery.

We do not accept liability for shortages or damage to deliveries unless the Customer notifies us of the shortage or damage in writing within 7 days of receipt of the delivery

The Customer has to accept the goods when they are ready for delivery.

Delivery is deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to the Customer's nominated address, whereupon the risks of loss, breakage and all damage and all other risks shall pass to the Customer.

Title of the goods does not pass to the Customer until payment is received in full by us.

The Customer may request a Proof of Delivery, provided that this request is made in writing within 3 months of the date of delivery and we shall use reasonable endeavours to provide such proof. Thereafter, delivery shall be deemed to have been successfully completed.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15.0% VAT is included.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Additionally, please note the following:-

Refunds will only be made to the credit card/debit card used for the purchase.

You may return your purchase for a full refund if the items purchased are in a resaleable condition in their original packaging. Before returning the goods you must contact us to obtain a Returns Number.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of the order dispatch date.

The Purchaser must obtain proof of postage and postal insurance (where necessary).

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Refunds will not be made if any or all of the above conditions are not met.
